Community Assess & Support Day

We would like to invite you to the upcoming Community Assess and Support Day at Imber Court on Thursday 20th November from 0830-1530.

There will be representatives from local community and charity groups. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to have your Blood Pressure (BP) reviewed by a Clinician.
